"As before, the technicians called before to confirm their arrival time. They were professional and polite while reviewing exactly what needed to be cleaned. They were extremely careful about routing their hoses and protecting furnishings, etc. and did a fantastic job. Using them on a regular basis has extended the life of our carpet significantly."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Everything went well. He called and gave me a quote with a price that was very good. He was very punctual for the scheduled appointment. My sofa now looks great! I highly recommend."

"Provider arrive on time, was very courteous and said cleaning could increase the odor rather than eliminate it. I appreciated the honesty and provider did offer other services but none of which I needed."

"I've had bad experiences with cleaning services in the past, but Ms. Alicia restored my faith in the industry. She was very professional and thorough. I hired her for a one-time deep clean, but now I use her regularly. Her services are affordable, and to add on top of her excellent performance, she is very friendly and efficient."
