"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."

THE DAMAGE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: 1. UV LIGHT KIT BROKE, AFTER 3RD TIME, ATLANTIC SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ELSE TO DO TO KEEP IT WORKING AND RECOMMENDED WE TAKE IT OUT. 2. POOL FILTERS THAT SHOULD LAST 3-5 YEARS, HAVE TO BE REPLACED EVERY YEAR. 3. POOL HEATER HAS BROKEN 3 TIMES DUE TO ATLANTIC FAILING TO FOLLOW MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS TO INSTALL A BACKFLOW PREVENTER, RESULTING IN BACKFLOW OF CHLORINATED WATER INTO HEATER THAT CORRODED HEAT EXCHANGER, CAUSING WATER TO LEAK INTO HEATER, RUSTING FIRE BOX AND HEATER BEYOND REPAIR WHILE ALSO LEACHING LARGE AMOUNTS OF COPPER INTO OUR POOL WATER.
