"This hasn’t been a smooth process for me. There was a lack of communication. The team that came out was not prepared or detailed oriented and they did not properly cleanup their messes. When they arrived they did actually work the work just wasn’t satisfactory. I appreciate that Tristan did attempt to make things right. I’m disappointed at the fact that I wasn’t included in the decision making process as only I have a vision of how I want my home to look. The door is gorgeous. Thank you to Roger Soto for making the effort to do the work with pride and effort. Just because it wasn’t a smooth process for me doesn’t mean the same for you. When we raised concerns we were told to "trust the process." After their negligence resulted in rain leaking into our existing home not once but twice! we gave them 2 weeks to fix the myriad of issues that had arisen by that point. 2 weeks later we terminated our contract, with most of the issues still unresolved. We're currently pursuing filing a complaint with the construction contrac"
