Austin replaced an exterior basement entry door. He responded immediately when I contacted him, arrived at the hour promised each time thereafter and effectively communicated the work to be done. An unconventional original door frame design created an unexpected complication. But Austin and his team improvised a solution involving additional wood framing that resulted in a new door -- solid and secure -- with which we are very pleased.
