"Home Run builders did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. They were easy to work with and walked me through the entire process of picking cabinets, countertops, kitchen design and the finishing touches. They were detailed oriented and loved working with them."

"I love these group of people. Michael is the owner and working with him has made my home transfer a smooth and fun experience. He truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond customer service. I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Michael . He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have his team take care of any home improvement you have."

"Brad and his team were one of the best contractors Iâ ve ever worked with! Brad was great with the initial visit and even had suggestions for various aspects of the job. He and his team asked questions and sought my opinion when ever there was doubt or when they had additional ideas. They showed up when they said they would (100% of the time), they kept me appraised of everything, and were flexible with new ideas and my schedule. They have passion and they care about doing quality work. Youâ d be crazy not to hire River Mark Builders!"

"Work was done within time frame stated. Old carpet that had been there for years taken up and vinyl plank floor installed. All garbage removed. Area was clean when work was done. Had a small issue that I noticed with a threshold after installation was complete but it was fixed and I am very pleased with the way it turned out and the flooring looks great. The communication was very prompt and clear throughout the process."

"They were wonderful. I interviewed several people for painting and I choose them. They were really good. I felt their price was very fair and their quality was exceptional. They went above and beyond on how they do things. I have never seen a painter take so much care to a wall before painting. They came when they said and came back everyday until they were finished."

Unfinished Carpentry questions, answered by experts

Yes, most services include necessary frame modifications for proper door fitting. Confirm with your provider.

An A-frame home can be cheaper to build than a traditional house, but that is not always a given. Prices can be fairly similar in some cases, depending on the location, design, and necessary site preparation. Costs for an A-frame typically run between $100 to $200 per square foot, which is comparable to the cost of a traditional home. The cost of an A-frame can come in under those numbers if you opt for a prefabricated kit.

While it is possible to build a wooden carport yourself, especially if you are skilled in carpentry, professional construction is recommended. Professionals ensure structural integrity, proper anchoring, correct alignment, and the use of quality materials for a stable and durable result.

Using a steel frame may raise the value of your home. Steel is more heat resistant, has better longevity, and doesn’t need any upkeep compared to traditional wood. You can also customize a steel build a little easier than other materials like brick, concrete, and vinyl—which have trouble bending and adapting to renovations.

Framing is the shell of the house. It includes several steps, including studs, plumbing, and electricity. A professional will ensure the wall frame is secured for the house’s structural integrity.

Framing prices change depending on the material and whether the wall is load-bearing. Most contractors use wood to frame a home, but metal is another popular choice.
