Fastright Furniture Repair - Cabinets

I had a cracked drawer front, a broken drawer front and a loose  front to a pull out garbage cabinet. All were repaired quickly and beautifully. You can not tell that the cabinet fronts were cracked and broken. I am very pleased with the work.

Doug is really a fine person.  He treated our small project with the importance of a larger project.  He's amazingly talented at matching stains and finishes.  It sounds like he's got great carpentry skills too.  He has a good upbeat attitude towards life and people!

Great. The doors had damage from the previous home owners. Fastright was able to repair them and match the stain on the other cabinets.

Doug come promptly and gave me an estimate. He took measurements and took at 50% deposit. He came back two weeks later with very well built cabinet "slide outs" made of wood. He also repaired a large broken drawer. Lastly, he did a nice touch up restoration on the worn edges of our kitchen cabinets. The cabinets are 20 years old and are made of blonde wood. 
The whole job took nearly 4 hours. 
Doug was professional, neat and skilled. We will definitely use him again. 

Doug is a pleasure to deal with.  During the process, we realized a couple of changes we needed to make (i.e. a larger oven than originally planned and more shoe shelves) and he accomodated our requests without complaint.  He was consistently less expensive while maintaining great quality and timeliness.  In short, working with Doug Lawler was a true pleasure.

It went great!! I had a sink put in that was deeper than my original one and it took up more room at the top of the cabinet so the facing had to be cut down. Doug came in and saved some of my decorative siding that was still there and I could use my original doors. It was a beautiful job and VERY well made. I'm very pleased with the work.

This has been an over two-month ordeal. He needs to take this matter serious, stop stringing me along with broken commitments, complete the doors satisfactory for which he assured me he would do and for which he was paid. Additionally, he needs to give me a time period on when this job will be completed. This has gone on for over two months and this is excessive to me.

Constructed and installed a built in cabinet to match an existing cabinet in a family room. Doug was very responsive to the desired timeline and more than met expectations in quality, workmanship and price. These were a couple of the nicest guys you would want to meet and rather than install trim around the edge to cover any gaps as was quoted by another company, they measured and re-measured numerous times so the cabinet would fit flush against the wall. This took over a half dozen cuts as the top was contoured to the wall curvature. The statement of "Are you happy with the job cause if not, we'll stay until you are" shows their commitment to customer satisfaction and pride in their work. They will be the first ones I call when it comes time for new or additional cabinets, etc.

I started planning my kitchen remodel in January of 2012. It took a while to figure out what I wanted and Doug was very patient and helpful to me. He gave me a lot of options and helped me narrow down my ideas. I ended up gutting my kitchen and starting over with new cabinets. I went from builder grade recessed oak to solid birch, painted, white cabinets. The white cabinets opened up my kitchen and lightened up my whole downstairs. It was quite the transformation Doug helped me utilize the space I had to get maximum storage. He made my kitchen make sense. He listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want. After I finalized what I wanted it took about 6-8 weeks for the cabinets to be made. He went by the timetable he gave me and everything went as planned. Doug and his staff were very professional and made the whole process as easy as possible on my family. It is not easy living without a kitchen for several weeks! I ended up with my dream kitchen. After seeing his work, I had him do custom cabinets for my laundry room and powder room. He utilized every inch of space perfectly and made doing laundry very easy for me. Overall, he came through with every promise he made me. He was reliable, always on time and very professional. I will call Doug first when I need anything done with my house.

It all went very well! He is punctual, calls if her is running behind, and lives up to his word. The chairs are very sturdy now and the sofa is fixed. He did an excellent job and I definitely would recommend him and use him again.
