Yes, the framing was above my expectations. The crew done an excellent job. It really looks nice. Brad kept me informed the whole way and his son Boston was a great help. Also, I only have one small complaint the crew done a pretty good job cleaning up, but they did not run a magnet around the area. Fortunately, I have one I picked up around 10 to 15 screws and miscellaneous metal items. This is the only complaint that I have.

Brad did a great job for us! He built in the top of a column on our balcony using no rot board so that it would stand up to the elements and to prevent birds from being able to build nests there. He also addressed some settling that had occurred. I am attaching before and after pictures (before, we had a water jug up there to keep the birds away :-)). Brad does great quality work and works very quickly. He was very dependable and great with communication. He also did some other small jobs for us. We would hire him again in a minute and recommend him highly.

Fire or Smoke Damage Recovery Service
We had a fire in our home that started in the basement and totally destroyed the basement and caused extensive smoke and soot damage to the rest of the house. After firing another company for insufficient work, we hired Molnar Design. They were very prompt, courteous and totally transformed our house! Their workers were excellent and very meticulous. They left our home BETTER than before the fire. Would highly recommend their services.

This is the second time Brad has done work on our home. The first time was for a bedroom addition, and this time was for a basement remodel. Both times, we were very happy with their work. Brad is very good about communication. We always knew when crews were going to show up to our home and any issues were brought to our attention quickly.
