Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
Yes, the framing was above my expectations. The crew done an excellent job. It really looks nice. Brad kept me informed the whole way and his son Boston was a great help. Also, I only have one small complaint the crew done a pretty good job cleaning up, but they did not run a magnet around the area. Fortunately, I have one I picked up around 10 to 15 screws and miscellaneous metal items. This is the only complaint that I have.

For all of you homeowners in TN, be advised, Rivermark Builders has chosen to abandon multiple jobs in Ohio where the business was based. Our project, a large kitchen renovation (over $100k), active since September 2024, remains unfinished. No active work since February 2025. Brad has not returned over 120 phone calls, emails, text messages or inquiries on their website. This is despite the fact that they have been paid upfront accordingly. The excuses of why they cannot work are unexplained and their apathy is something no family should have to deal with. The quality of the work is solid, but the business operation is substantially poor and falls squarely on Brad. There has been a choice to leave town and go to Tennessee to seemingly start over. It is probably because bridges are burned and they are running away to avoid responsibility.

Brad did a great job for us! He built in the top of a column on our balcony using no rot board so that it would stand up to the elements and to prevent birds from being able to build nests there. He also addressed some settling that had occurred. I am attaching before and after pictures (before, we had a water jug up there to keep the birds away :-)). Brad does great quality work and works very quickly. He was very dependable and great with communication. He also did some other small jobs for us. We would hire him again in a minute and recommend him highly.

Brad and his team were one of the best contractors Iâ ve ever worked with! Brad was great with the initial visit and even had suggestions for various aspects of the job. He and his team asked questions and sought my opinion when ever there was doubt or when they had additional ideas. We had a fire in our home that started in the basement and totally destroyed the basement and caused extensive smoke and soot damage to the rest of the house. After firing another company for insufficient work, we hired Molnar Design. They were very prompt, courteous and totally transformed our house! Their workers were excellent and very meticulous. They left our home BETTER than before the fire. Would highly recommend their services.

This is the second time Brad has done work on our home. The first time was for a bedroom addition, and this time was for a basement remodel. Both times, we were very happy with their work. Brad is very good about communication. We always knew when crews were going to show up to our home and any issues were brought to our attention quickly.
