"Cory and Bobby were friendly and informative about the process. The Berber carpet looked better than I anticipated, after it had dried completely (8 to 12 hrs) There were some high traffic areas that they informed me might not be restored completely, due to the long length of time that had passed since the previous cleaning. Those areas definitely improved after their initial cleaning, and improved a bit more when they returned a few days later to re-address those areas. I will use A Step Above in the future. Thanks guys!"

"Dan returned my call promptly. He was able to come out the next day and called when he was on his way. He cleaned our dryer vent and also cleaned the vent inside the dryer. He was very professional and showed us the build up of lint that he removed. Before he left, he gave recommendations for how often we should have it cleaned. Dan was very polite and professional!
