Sheila, a former designer for Closet World, can create and design affordable space wherever it's needed. We do not provide materials, but will pre-shop for best prices of materials when requested. We guarantee our work. When Chaz works alone, the hourly rate is $60. When we work together, the hourly rate is $70.
