"I was impressed how much attention to detail that Fran and his team displayed. Fran was especially proud of his handrails (as he should be). They are the most beautiful that I have seen. They added a "picture frame border around the top of the deck that hides the ends of the decking. They added joist tape to protect the tops of the floor joists. If Fran wasn't happy how something was done, he had his crew re-do it. I also found them very friendly and easy to work with (I asked a lot of questions). The downside of this quality of craftsmanship is that it doesn't come cheap, but you do get what you pay for! They also do not stain / paint the deck, so there is an additional expense with another company to do this. Highly recommended."
