7/2025 received refund for prepaid service call. Still, i cannot recommend this company. Latest update 06/10/25, finally got a call back from Premier wanting to schedule a service appointment....I called them in August of 2024 that the generator was not working at all, completely dead. See original post below. I have now had 3 calls from them, they cant seem to understand why I fired them nearly a year ago. Please do not use this company! I give them a less than 0! Other companies in this area care about their customers. Update 11/1/24 still have not heard back from this company. Have hired another company to do yearly maintenance even though I prepaid Premier for 2 yearly maintenance visits. They will not return my calls. Very disappointed. Had generator installed 12/23. On 8/23/24 had orange light on generator and message stating low battery, called Premier to ask for repairman..did not get call back. Called twice on 8/26/24 because battery was dead and generator not working..did not get call back. On 8/27/24 called again and was told their maintenance/repair folks were booked thru end of September and I would have to wait until a crew was in my area. Called Generac corporate office and was given names/phone numbers of 3 other Generac certified repairman in my area. Spoke with one of them 8/27/24 and my unit was repaired on 8/29/24 (controller and battery replaced). If Premier is so backed up on maintenance and repair calls they need to utilize other Generac certified repairmen in the area and not leave their customers with non-working generators when they are guaranteed to be storm ready. I feel they flat out lied to me and didn't care if my generator was repaired or not. My generator is still under warranty so maybe they didn't feel it was worth their trip. Very sad that business treat their customers that way.
