My Disability van uses tire that most tire stores do not carry but Matlock's usually has a few in their chain of stores and get what you need quickly. As normally they had tires on and a check of the van quickly They reminded me an oil change would be due in 2000 miles and asked if i would like to schedule one.

They are always friendly, concerned about keeping my costs low, rechecked tires without charging me, and have never once pulled the...oh, we found this other problem totally unrelated and it's going to cost you more money. After using them for several years now(a lot the past year) I feel like they are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them for tires and mechanical issues. Plus, their waiting area is very clean and has a children's play area. And as a woman, I have never felt talked down to nor taken advantage of(as I have many times in the past at other places).

They treated me very professionally despite looking for used tires - they brought out several for my approval. It took quite some time but it turned out the tires had defects which weren't seen earlier. However they located others and ended up just giving me the two tires due to the wait - which was really beyond their control. Was very pleased.

Alignment was done well, no pulling to the left or right; Tires were properly balanced for a very smooth ride. This is a notorious issue on early Porsche 944's with manual steering...they have very direct road feel and any alignment or balancing issue with tires causes a noticeable issue inside the car or with vibration in the steering wheel. When Matlock uses their Roadforce machine it helps to get the job done right. Only issue I noticed was they over-torqued several lug nuts beyond factory specs which I had to correct myself.

They are always fantastic. I've know this family since the 1950's. The quality is always excellent. I am usually on a first name basis. Nine times out of ten they remember my name when they greet me. They treat me like I am part of the family. I am scheduled to have some more work done later this month.

This is one of our favorite companies; we really like them. They are very honest and helpful. I have had some experiences where I thought I needed something done and they told me I did not need it yet. That does not happen very often. We are customers for life there and have been using them a long time with many vehicles. We have never had a bad experience. I called them the other day needing some information on one of my cars. They called back with a very thorough response within 15 minutes. They are very good. There is nothing negative I have to say about them.

There was an issue with charging that I discovered after I got home, they apologized and corrected the issue. Overall good experience.

I have gone there for 20 years. I walk in at the last minute and they will take me because I have been such a loyal customer.

Did not connect the emergency brake properly so I had to go back

They are honest and good about getting you in. The staff is all good.

Just an oil change and rotate. Got me in and out in 1 hour.

I was disappointed with the new Matlock's tire. I knew them from their original location in Eaton's Crossroads.

They did a good job for me.

We had taken it to the Honda dealer and they said we needed a new transmission, new tires, and new brakes. We did not believe them so we went to Matlock who was honest about the work that really needed done. I have always had good experiences with them.
