Lawn Detailers

Bill advertises as a lawn service but he will build you a house. He only does lawns two days a week but he has been out and has done several repairs for me already. When I asked another guy that I use for a referral for repair and painting, he referred Bill. He has already done electrical work in my house and other things. He can do anything like build rooms, floors and whatever you want. I am going to have him back. I am just waiting two weeks when I come back from my vacation. I gave him like a legal pad page of stuff that I need done and he said, "Okay. We will work through it." He was here for several hours and he did outdoor work with me. He replaced two lights and it was about $250 for five or six hours of work. It was not a bad price for somebody I could trust. I liked him so well that I actually had to run to get something different from a store and I left him in the house. I trusted him that much. I told the guy who referred Bill to me, "Do not refer him if he is nasty because if he is, I am going to give you grief. You refer somebody that you trust." And so, he did. Bill is really good. He is just going to work until 10:00 at night if he needs to. I was like, "Do you need to get off at 4:00 or 5:00 and get home?" And he was like, "No. I will stay until we are done." He is scheduled to come again after the 26th of this month.
