The young man who is the partner of the gentleman who came assured me that I would be taken care of if his partner couldn't make it, he would, it would just be a little later. No sooner hung up the phone when his partner called said he would be here within the hour. It was even Shorter than that, the young man totally professional friendly courteous, sat down and started on the job and did not give up until I had a beautiful blue flame for a pilot light and a very warm living room, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
