BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE YOU HIRE AIRE SERV OF KNOXVILLE. They're nice, neat work area, but their prices are on the high side...repair/service man knocked a ceramic heater off a self, it was on and heating / it was broken during the fall but he didn't tell me about it....stuck the broken knob back on the heater and left it on. Wow. Wonder how close I came to a fire? ALL I WILL SAY IS USE CAUTION...DISCUSS EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY AND GET IT IN WRITING BEFORE AGREEING TO THEIR SERVICE. Hate that I had such a bad experience...seemed like nice people.

Unfortunately, I cannot confirm that the damage was caused by him or that it occurred during the time he was visiting your home. Aire Serv's policy is that we always quote the cost upfront, before repairs begin, so that you are able to make a decision and ask any questions. Included in our quote is always some form of labor warranty, parts warranty, and trip charge. I'm sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations and look forward to your Spring Tune-Up and making a better impression this time around."

Quick call back with excellent communication. The Technician, Robert, was very professional and quickly found the problem with my air unit. After replacing the part he checked the entire system. The price for this service was excellent. This is the first time I have needed this type of service and I am glad I found Aire Serv thru HomeAdvisor.

Aire Serv is efficent, reasonable, reliable and professional. From the first contact, everyone was very professional and friendly, working around my schedule to make a service call. The technician, Brandon, was friendly, professional, and arrived on-time! He completed the maintenance tune-up on my system in a timely manner, and even cleaned-up the work space after he finished (which is first!). I strongly recommend Aire Serv!
