Subsequent to the new roof being installed we had a roof vent boot failure which caused a leak into the ceiling of our guest bathroom on the second floor, and upon being notified of this Debbie immediately had one of their men out to inspect all of the roof vents and boots as well as replacing the failed unit. We had strong wind and rain two days later and the leak was completely fixed with no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend this company."
