A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. We moved in shortly thereafter and/then weeks following, Dave continued to assist us in getting our home in order as my wife and I look back, we now see what a blessing it was to have found Hartman Construction, and we cannot say enough about Dave and his team. Their quality of work, construction knowledge, and integrity makes it very easy for us to give them a 5-Star Rating."

After we discussed the options along with up front pricing, I decided on replacing the water heater. He said he could get the new water heater and install it the next morning. To his word he was here this morning before the scheduled time, and he and Scott started immediately. The heater was located in the crawl space so they worked in tight quarters.. I donâ t normally leave reviews, but in this instance, it is warranted. Based on my experience with Craig and Hicks Services I will use them in any future plumbing situations, and I do recommend if you need something fixed or repaired at your home you call them and give them a chance to earn your business.
