- Golden Landscapes IrrigationBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, they are fraudulent. We are reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. In short, we paid $9,000 for a brand new irrigation system in July of 2021 and they installed a 13 year old used or rebuilt back flow valve without the wye strainer. They are not addressing the issue of using a used 13 yr old leaky warped device instead of a brand new one of which we paid. All they need to do, to rectify this situation, is reimburse us $1,165.90 which is more than a fair request and way to remedy their misconduct
- Mid-Tenn TradesClint is very knowledgeable of his chosen career. Great sense of humor yet when it is time for business, business it is. He is quite punctual himself and if there is issue with an appointments or scheduling of his employees he is responsive and informative letting you know something has comeup not waiting til the last minute or later to tell you. His suggestions are pretty much spot on and his design taste are fantastic. He hears what you tell him and if he disagrees he makes other suggestions but ultimately you do get what you want even though he may not agree with your choices (he is usually correct). While he isn't the cheapest quote I got and was close to the most expensive (I had 7 quotes) I am glad I chose him. We did remodel, (kitchen, bathroom, livingroom) repairs, additions, bedroom, 3 bathrooms, dining room, decks, porches, patios, bushes, walkways, interior and exterior lighting, roofing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, appliances, in house storage and organization, a storage shed as well as turned our 2000 sq ft basement into a in-laws living quarters complete with fireplaces, kitchen, baths and bedrooms. We love our new home!!! Thanks to Clint and Mid Tenn Trades!!!!

All in all working with Chris Crenshaw, his Dad and crew was a very positive experience. Chris and his Dad are very knowledgeable concerning varieties of plants, bushes and trees, where they would do best, when they should be planted and how they should be planted. "Jim and his guys were awesome. He's a busy guy, but he came when he said he would. They did a beautiful job of expanding my slab into a patio and building concrete steps down into my backyard. They also built a concrete sidewalk around side and back of my house. It looks amazing! They even power-washed the old slab and everything else down and raked out all the soil so that it would look great! AND the price was great! They are fantastic!
