"Kathy the owner manager worked with us for approximately 2 months in preparing for the repair job. We had problems with laminate flooring due to a dishwasher leak from a newly remodeled kitchen. It took a while to get the company to be responsible for the leak due to a plumber error that the company contracted with. We did not get the finances resolved and just went on to repair the floor. Kathy scheduled us for July and was able to come out on June 17, 2020. The repair did not take long and it looks fantastic. Kathy has excellent customer service and her contractor was superb.
