It took a while to get the company to be responsible for the leak due to a plumber error that the company contracted with. We did not get the finances resolved and just went on to repair the floor. Kathy scheduled us for July and was able to come out on June 17, 2020. The repair did not take long and it looks fantastic. Kathy has excellent customer service and her contractor was superb. If I ever need any flooring again; I will call Carpet Ladies. This company is the very best company that we have worked with during our entire interior house remodeling. I would recommend her to anyone. She personally checked the work when it was finished the same day."

Showed up on time, with samples that matched what I had requested. He also provided additional suggestions, which I ended up liking more than the direction I was initially heading. He knows his stuff! Quote was provided the very next day with options and I really liked that it included photos of my carpet selections rather than just a name/serial #. After you have looked at multiple samples and are trying to compare 3 bids this little extra detail simplified the process. The pricing was very competitive. The timing sold me, I had my carpet installed in a week. The installers were top notch professional with years of experience. They even trimmed the bottom of my doors. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Burgess was here immediately and by lunch he had the water up and the drying vents in place. He came each day to check on the progress. When everything was completely dry, he put everything back in place. We were able to proceed with business as if nothing had happened."

"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."
