We wanted to refresh the front gardens, but wanted to use environmentally sensitive materials and techniques, like rubber mulch and re-using the stacked stones which were originally used in the gardens but had been scattered and buried. Gary may be able to talk with rocks, because he methodically and beautifully re-set the field and river stones in the bed bordering the driveway so well that they looked as if they had been chosen for the purpose.
