But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

Daniel was our technician and he was great! He was very transparent on what we wanted to do compared to what he was able to do. (We wanted a complete clean with all the add ons, but he told us with the type of floor we had, it would be best to do things differently.) He explained his reasoning and it ended up saving us around $700. Our floors were not in the best shape, but with his help, they look SO MUCH better. I told them it was ok to reschedule 1 more week when I & my husband off work. 5 days later they called me they had to reschedule again which we couldn?t do it another 2 weeks because our work schedules were already out. It?s hard to match my and my husband?s schedules to be off work so we can start sunroom projects. I told them to call me if they can come to our schedule. I?m glad we didn?t hire them.
