This trailer had been sitting for sale for a long time, it was smelly!  We needed some one out right away.  I called on a Thursday and they scheduled me a time the next day!  The receptionist was knowledgeable and very helpful.  The technician was on time and polite.  Explained the cause of the smell.  He was through, quick and now the smell is gone!  Wasted no time and left no mess behind! They did a very excellent job. Carpet looked great. Stubborn stains came out. Finished look was great. It did leave my couch damp but it was dry by the next day. He was very professional and he got the job done without undue delay. This is the best job of carpet cleaning that I've ever had. I would not use anyone else if they keep doing this good.

Arrived promptly from phone call.  Polite; Punctual; Professional; worked promptly.  He worked very hard at edges and some bad spots.  These carpets were old and stained.  So, considering, I think he did everything he could to clean them well.  The carpets look 95% better.  I would use them again.  I definitely liked there wasn't as much water/moisture left over in this process.

I have had the same person clean my carpet. He has always been on time for the appointment, clean, and well dressed. He works very efficiently, no standing or sitting around. I felt comfortable being at home alone with him for the duration of the appointment.
