"I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

"Marshall Cleaning Service did a great job! Once I requested a quote, they immediately sent me a text. (Granted it was automated, but it was also a Saturday!) The next couple days, they worked with me to get a quote ready. Once we decided what we wanted done, they were very flexible in getting us in on their schedule. Daniel was our technician and he was great! He was very transparent on what we wanted to do compared to what he was able to do. (We wanted a complete clean with all the add ons, but he told us with the type of floor we had, it would be best to do things differently.) He explained his reasoning and it ended up saving us around $700. Our floors were not in the best shape, but with his help, they look SO MUCH better.
