Every phone call has been returned in a timely fashion, ordering our materials was explained in great detail and was done so exactly as we were told. Russell has a real eye for the color combination, and we are so happy with the end results. The crew was very professional, on time, and courteous. We were very impressed with the attention to detail that everyone showed! Even details that could have easily been missed by us the homeowner. They worked hard to keep the job site clean as they worked and tidied up often. The crew arrived to do our job and returned daily until it was done. None of this bouncing around from job to job. As our project progressed and grew, Russell and crew were very accommodating to make sure we received the best work possible even changing a little of the game plan to do so along the way. We were WOWED at how they saw our front porch turning and decided to make it even better! They repaired our chimney that was much worse than we realized without gouging us on labor and materials. Never did get the gates installed I was promised and they were very cheap looking. Just not happy with rails and gates at all. "
