About 50% of the roof was installed satisfactorily. The other 50% was not installed properly. Specifically the flashing around the chimneys was not correct and another large area of the roof had nail heads popping through the shingles. The leak caused major damage to carpet, drywall, furniture, baseboards, framing and trusses. When I called Carlos Bustamonte to come back and fix the problem he replied basically that it was not his problem. Of course we had to redo a large portion of roofing resulting in a repair for labor and materials of about $7500.00. I WILL NEVER USE THIS ROOFING SERVICE AND WOULD STRESS THAT ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD AVOID THIS ROOFER AT ALL COSTS!!!
This roofer was hired by my contractor Len Hart who I will also never recommend to anyone for anything.
