"We hired Mt. View Exteriors to replace an existing asphalt roof which suffered hail damage at our home in West Knoxville, TN. They were done with the job in a little over a day and one half and did a beautiful job on the removal and installation. Subsequent to the new roof being installed we had a roof vent boot failure which caused a leak into the ceiling of our guest bathroom on the second floor, and upon being notified of this Debbie immediately had one of their men out to inspect all of the roof vents and boots as well as replacing the failed unit. We had strong wind and rain two days later and the leak was completely fixed with no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend this company."

From the original estimate to the final cleanup, the crew listened carefully and attended to all our concerns. We had some wind and hail damage but the roof is fairly new. We had other roofers who looked at the roof and recommended everything from simply reattaching loose shingles to a complete roof replacement. J & D replaced all ridge vents and caps and hip caps, as well as individual damaged shingles and verified condition of chimney flashing and vent boots.
