They were very accomodating but they were ultimately unable to service the area I needed the Inspection accomplished in.

Radon1 was very responsive, returned calls and emails promptly, and the workers were very professional. I'm giving them a 4 on value because it's so expensive. I guess most radon remediation services charge about the same price, but I think it's too much.

We had very high radon levels. I was apprehensive about this process, and I researched a lot before hiring them. They are professional, knowledgeable, timely, thorough, tidy, affordable, good communicators, and polite. They met the requirements as recommended by every site on this subject. Our levels went down from 21 to 0.6. We appreciated the work of Tyler Albritton (their sales rep professional), and professional installers Alewad Fauker and B.J. Lampley. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the measurement professional who returned to give us the good news of our decreased radon levels. He was also timely, polite, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company if you need their services.

Radon One replaced our crawl space vapor barrier with a super high quality vapor barrier that should last for a very long time. The guys working on the job were polite, professional, and even installed a better product than we had ordered due to lack of supply, at no extra charge! We believe Radon One was very knowledgeable about our different options and steered us graciously toward the decision that was the best value for us, instead of trying to upsell services we did not need. I have hired three Radon companies over two houses. Radon One is without a doubt the best company. They have an excellent warranty and back it up without reservation. Our current house is a Radon problem-it had very high readings when we bought it. Radon One has worked with me to get the readings to safe levels including several return visits. I highly recommend them.
