"Marshall Cleaning Service did a great job! Once I requested a quote, they immediately sent me a text. (Granted it was automated, but it was also a Saturday!) The next couple days, they worked with me to get a quote ready. Once we decided what we wanted done, they were very flexible in getting us in on their schedule. Daniel was our technician and he was great! He was very transparent on what we wanted to do compared to what he was able to do. (We wanted a complete clean with all the add ons, but he told us with the type of floor we had, it would be best to do things differently.) He explained his reasoning and it ended up saving us around $700. Our floors were not in the best shape, but with his help, they look SO MUCH better. "These guys were very professional they came out looked at the job gave me a price on Saturday. Monday morning they were out here doing the job! They did a tile repair job replacing over 18 existing tiles in a floor. "Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."
