"Back porch started on the porch. Left cracked boards, did not finish cutting the wood to the end. Put boards on the floor horizontal instead of vertical due to the boards going the other way. {Put back door on left light between door and frame Door crooked. bathroom floor is porcelain and kevin would keep dropping tools on the floor to break the tile. I had to go spend two nights at a hotel so they can finish the floor. I came home on the third day and I slid on the tile because it was not tacked down right. I asked them what the problem was and they said must have been a bad batch. bad batch wouldn't you fix it? ever since then the grout is cracking, tile lifting. bathtub faucets and sink faucets where the water comes out is sand water. sand in the sink and tub. the faucet in the bathtub where the water comes out turns 365 degrees. I asked them why it does that. they said that is the way it works. I have a 1944 home and it has those pipes from the roof to the floor. they removed one and left huge holes in the ceiling, floor and wall. Moved washer over near dryer enclosed the other pipe in the wall and when the washer empties the toilet gurgles. front porch they built it out to far from the house which I think it should not have gone out that far. covered it and not put but threw black shingles on the roof which did not match the other roof. thank God they did not try to put the door on. they said we will never leave you until the work is done. I am 73 years old and they said they would make sure job would be done correctly they look like they just wanted money and not give a darn what it would look like. There was no care on this job at all. they intimidated me to give them their money they weren't going to leave until they got it. when they left I cried. Nasty, selfish, criminals, liars and thieves. don't use them you will be sorry."
