Excellent. Bobby dug a ditch installed under ground wiring and installed a circuit box into work shed. Installed 3 duplex ground fault outlets in shed. Ensured extra circuits available for additional circuits in the future. Long day hard work professionally done. Definitely would hire again.

Very well. The electrician came the same day, discovered and repair a shorted cable that had been gnawed through by a squirrel. He knew his stuff and was very pleasant and professional.

The serviceman was prompt,efficient and went the extra mile when the new fan did not have enough wire and the angle of the ceiling was so steep he had to do extra work to make it hang correctly. He completed the job, it is working perfectly. He took all the materials from the old fan to dispose of and even wanted to vacuum the floor when he was done. Very very impressed with both the company and the man who represented them for my job.

The tech was very professional. He checked everything out and provided us with a quote. We accepted and everything was fixed perfectly. We actually called them again for ballast issues, because we were so impressed the 1st time they came out. We were just as impressed on their second visit with us. We would highly recommend them.

Replaced a breaker and checked the outlets. This was a follow up to a repair done earlier. One circuit was not working properly. Tech checked the breaker and outlets. This included a whirlpool bath with a GFI which was in a panel in the closet next to the bath. In that opening was a connect to the bath with the GFI. GFI was off behind that panel. Also, tech tested an outlet in the living room. All seemed ty worked fine then. Tech found in the outlet in the floor that there was no rubber grommet between the outlet and the wires. He fixed that by adding grommets. Once he turned the bath GFI on, all appeared to be working properly., As a precaution, he added a new breaker to the main box. The old breaker to the stove and outlet was removed after he placed the new breaker. He labeled it. Overall a great job. Thanks to the tech. He was professional and cordial.

I called to see about getting an estimate at about 8:15 am. Around 10:30am, I received a courtesy call to let me know that a technician was about 5 minutes away. Ronnie arrived, listened intently to the problems we were having and then got right to work troubleshooting. He answered all of my questions during the troubleshooting, explaining things in a way that was easy for me to understand. He gave me couple of options (with estimates) then stepped back to give me a few moments to think things over. Once my decision was made, he got to work right away. The ceiling fan was installed perfectly and the other issues we're resolved in the process. I feel like Ronnie went above and beyond to check things out and to assure that my house was safe. He was super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him work on my house. I will definitely hire Mr. Electric again!

The technician was punctual and very professional. Once problem identified with the non-working outlets, we were told the cost of repairs and an estimate of time to do repairs. Installing the light fixture under the cabinet and replacing the light in our oven were add-on projects. We were told up front about the added cost and time to complete the job. The job was completed within time estimated and at the quoted price that was very affordable. Will definitely hire again when electrical work is needed.

I feel safer in my house after the technician evaluated and separated multiple over-loaded circuits. Ronnie took the time to methodically decipher the wiring of this 4,000 SF house. Many electricians have been hired over the years to update and add circuits (too many cooks in the kitchen). Ronnie listened carefully as I told him the history (that's unusual). I expected the him to be over-whelmed when he looked in the electric box (previous electricians were), he just calmly began to figure out the circuits, and the he patiently went through the house checking each outlet and switch for loose wires. He explained his diagnosis and what the fix would entail. He gave me a detailed estimate, explaining the work. During the repair he came on-time and worked several days, even staying past 5pm to complete tasks. He cleaned after himself, wore shoe covers, and was very respectful of my house and of me. The receptionist for Mr. Electric, kept me updated on his arrival times. She was very nice on the phone as I arranged the repair schedule to suit my needs. The receipts and warranty information was e-mailed to me before the technician left. I am impressed with this company and their choice of employees. I will only use them if there is ever another problem.
