"Paul and Brandon (father and son) from Dynamic Stucco worked on my ceiling which had humidity damage from the just installed jacuzzi. The tape in the ceiling, including nails that had been used were coming apart and the ceiling was threatening to fall down. Paul, assessed the situation and said he could do the job and I wouldn’t be able to tell where the work had been done. He also used screws to ensure the drywall was securely fastened so further damage would not be possible. Also, he mentioned my the area would be cleaned to spotless condition. He was right on all accounts. I highly recommend Paul and his son to fix anything “drywall”"

There were a couple of areas that he needed to cover with sparkle and he had to come back 3 times and he still didn't get it right. He came back 3 times and he was a very nice man. We just decided to leave is the way it was. He did the best he could in that situation."

The cost stated above includes only Fix It Technology labor ($14,400) and miscellaneous material supplied by them ($6,200). The homeowners separately purchased most of the major items including appliances, cabinetry, countertop, hardwood flooring, floor tile, backsplash tile, kitchen sink, faucets, etc. The homeowner supplied and installed barn wood attached to back side of kitchen island. And most of the demolition work was performed by the homeowners.
Shawn and his workers go the extra mile to provide top quality work, and their attention to detail is great. Even if you think you know exactly what you want, Shawn will sometimes offer suggestions that may improve on your ideas. His communication and coordination with his clients are excellent. Shawn does more than manage other craftsmen. He is hands-on and stays on top of all the details. He even remembered our electrical circuit numbers while I had already forgotten them. He adapts well to unexpected problems. One example is where we ordered a rustic hardwood flooring and the supplier pulled a bait and switch - sending us inferior flooring. His installers made comments about the level of defective flooring, but the degree was not realized until half-way installed. Shawn's crew spent a lot of extra unplanned time trying to adapt and they ended up salvaging the situation very well. I could give you several more examples of his superior work. My only concern is that my praise will increase the demand for his service so much that I may have to wait too long for my next project.
Our kitchen remodel included opening up an area that was once 4 separate rooms (kitchen, family, dining, living), and also a foyer and a hallway leading to our bedrooms - in all about 900 square feet. The chip-board subfloor had to be replaced since it would not effectively hold the hardwood flooring nails. The circa-1979 textured ceiling was scraped and covered over by new drywall. The kitchen spans almost 30 feet against a backwall and there is a 16.5 foot long island. The entire area includes new hardwood flooring except for about 100 square feet of floor tile. There is subway backsplash tile on the back wall, along with a recessed niche over the cook top. The kitchen island has a tiled backsplash. The counter tops are quartz. There are bookcases, 3 stacked ovens, a gas cooktop, a counter-depth refrigerator, dishwasher, pot filler in the backsplash niche over the cooktop, etc. Twelve recessed lights were installed along with 9 feet of under-cabinetry LED lighting. A significant amount of rewiring and new wiring was required, along with relocation of all the plumbing.
