Great, prompt, customer service from Marshall on the phone when I put in the lead, followed up by a very good experience with Travis and Jimmy on the job. They showed up right on time, despite Travis even being on crutches with a broken foot! They were very friendly efficient and explained everything as they went, and gave some great advice about how to maintain the system going forward. Had a good discussion about getting my fireplace up and running too when the time comes. Definitely will be using this company again for any HVAC needs in the future! "

"They arrived earlier than scheduled. They cut down several trees for me and did stump grinding for three of them. One tree approximately 60 feet tall required them to place the lift between my deck and a fence and drop all parts of trees in a 20 foot opening and they did. They were very professional and had top notch equipment. All workers were well trained and did an excellent job including a comprehensive clean up. Price quoted was the price after I expressed satisfaction with what was done."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Just used Rich and crew for a much needed tree trimming. They did an excellent job, stayed until it was finished and the backyard was cleaned up properly. Rich kept me in the loop as the work was performed. They did exactly what we agreed upon and paid exactly what we agreed upon. I will be using them for anything else moving forward. Very personable/nice people. Already started giving out their contact info to my co-workers! Very good company."

"I can't say enough good things about this company. First my daughter discovered a really bad leak in the back of her bedroom, I found VPR Roofing on Angie's List, called and Linda had some guys come that afternoon and tarp the roof. They all came back within a week and replaced the entire roof. The roof now looks fantastic and it will enhance the value of the property. The guys working were excellent, very professional, polite, responsive and they cleaned everything up, didn't leave a nail. They are the best! I was a little hesitant at first given my previous experience with a contractor who was not good and did not live up to the "word of mouth referral" on some other projects around the house. I would highly recommend them to everyone needing a new roof or just needing some repairs!"

"This is to update my last review from Feb 2018. DO NOT do business with this company. I was given a TWO year warranty on the installation of my unit. It expires in a month. My unit has pulled away from my house. YES, you read that right. The unit was installed on an unlevel area with mulch and pea gravel underneath the fiberglass pad that the unit sits on. The owner of the company claims that it is a landscaping issue. Again, YES you read that right. This company does not, I repeat- DOES NOT, honor their warranty. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company."
