"So sorry for the problem! When we installed the new equipment 2 years ago we offered a suggestion on how to fix the landscaping problem. We added dirt and tamped it so it would hold for a while. We told the customer that we weren’t a landscaper and it would be best to have a landscaper fix the problem. The way the ground falls away from the unit and the house, it needs a wall built to hold the dirt in place. We offered to do this at the time of the install and we were told NO they would take care of it. We stressed how important it is to have the wall built to hold the dirt in place. We went to the home recently and the landscaping wall has not been built and the dirt is coming out from under the unit allowing the unit to sag. We honor our warranty that has anything to do with our work or equipment break down. Landscaping is out of our area of expertise and we recommend fixing the landscaping problem. "We believe this might have occurred in 2011, when we didn't keep as good of records as we do now. We're uncertain of exactly what happened here. We want to install equipment and increase the level of comfort our customers experience. We've had customers call and ask us to resend their estimates to them. Could be that it went to their junk box in their email. Another possible scenario is that maybe a voicemail recording got deleted on accident. Today, we give customers their design and pricing estimate of our work in their homes. We even do free estimates to install or replace a heating and air conditioning unit.
