"First, we would like to state this is a condo unit meaning other residents own different condos. The raccoon traveled through the attic access as they all connect. We told you when we came to inspect a raccoon could not access your unit from the outside which we still stand by. We were called to see if any animals could access your unit, not your neighbor 4 doors down. We did tell you it could access through other units, but unless other tenants wanted to pay to seal up their units then we could legally do nothing, unless you would like to foot the bill to seal the entire building. We are a wildlife company our job is to seal out animals and take preventative measures. You later stated the animal was between the floor trusses which would mean tearing apart the house, we do not do any demolition we only seal out animals, set traps, and remove if accessible, you would need to call in a construction crew before we could do ant work. I would also like to make it known there is no attic access, meaning we couldn't go into the attic. To keep the raccoons out of your unit you should have reached out to your HOA to have them consider sealing the entire building to keep animals out. We also received a call from you saying you caught the raccoon and were giving it a bath, not that you wanted us to come get it, or we would have been happy to help. Once we hear someone say they have caught a raccoon and are bathing it we typically leave that person be, as it sounds like you handled the situation. You also stated in your post of the matter that, "a female raccoon became lodged in between the construction and died." If the raccoon became stuck it would have died either way furthermore having the same results. We help all our customers the best we can, but we also have the right as American citizens to refuse work, when we feel someone is treating our employees poorly. Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), workers have the right to refuse work that they believe to be unsafe to themselves or to other workers."
- Quick and efficient service.
My evaluation:
Roger, Alan and Scott are the best! They are knowledgable and conscientious. They did an excellent job; they went the extra mile in helping me and charged a fair price. They stand by their work and come back if you need them. In addition, they are very polite and showed integrity. I highly recommend them!
