Valor Pest Control

I’ve had Valor pest control for a few years now I have outside treatments and inside treatments I get a phone call or text message reminded me the day before and they call me on their way out and let me know what time they’re coming. They’ve always been on time sometimes early which is a plus I’ve had many technicians throughout the years. They are very well polite, very kind and very respectful.

Sean Moore was awesome! He listened to every concern I had! And was very friendly!

Aaron was on time and very professional, friendly, and asked questions about what my concerns were.

Sean was my representative this time and he completed the service satisfactorily. I needed to have my rose bushes sprayed again regarding the insects that were making holes in the leaves. He also sprayed the outside in an area to prevents little insects from traveling inside through the window. I am happy with this company. I didn't have to pay because it was a re-do.

My rep Mark "Tiny" was prompt, courteous and a true professional taking his work seriously. He was very attentive to details and sprayed areas of concern like some of my rose bushes which started to show signs of some insects making holes in the leaves. He sprayed inside and outside for preventative care and overall did a great job.

Matthew was very personable. He explained everything that he was going to do. He did not seem to rush through the service.

Valor was great as always. Reuben was excellent. He knocked out the areas I requested in a quick and efficient manner.

Excellent service! Arron Tharp with Valor Pest Control did a wonderful job and was an active listener to our concerns. All taken care of and very timely.

Matthew Loope did my quarterly pest control service today. He came within the time frame they told me he would come. I received a text message that he was on his way. He was super nice, even with the extreme cold temperatures we're having this week. He was very thorough and did an excellent job!

Aaron came in and performed a follow up service for pest control. He was friendly and professional.

Mark Oyola came to do my pest service today with Valor Pest Control. I showed him the hornet that I caught in the house and he was very informative, knowledgable and went above and beyond to take care of the problem. He showed me where he thought the problem was and promptly went to fix it. He was courteous, very friendly.

Tiny came and treated our house for spiders and stink bugs. He was great! We were also seeing a lot of yellow jackets. We don’t know where they are coming from but Tiny told me what to look for and how to mark it and said he would come back out to take care of it. Valor is a great company and really seem to care about their employees as much as their customers.
