They diagnosed the problem...including an explanation that actually made sense (e.g. the house had settled a bit over the years and smashed the old drain line so that it was no longer round and it let in dirt and roots). They worked, hard, in 100 degree heat with good spirits and finished the job quickly and in budget. There were other problems with old pipes in our basement to which they said, 'If it was mine, I'd leave it as it is until it gets worse...could be next year, or 15 years from now".....which made me feel better and saved me a lot of money."

"The work went well. It took two visits to get all of the work complete, but worth the wait because the work was completed above and beyond my expectations. The day before they came back I found a leak in a bathroom sink, and they took care of that before they left for the day. Our communication between the visits was a little less than stellar, but as we have worked with them before I felt confident that they would meet my expectations. All pipes replaced, and we have a new drain for when we want to add on the third bathroom."

"They did great on some very simple installation of faucets.  We had additional work that was more challenging and a plumber could do, but it was beyond their capabilities.  So for what they initially agreed to do, they did a great job on.  They weren't really able to do any more than the simple installation of the faucets though.
