"After confirming that the problem was not a clogged vent, the smell was corrected by revising the sink/laundry drain setup and installing an air admittance valve. The attempt to mechanically clear the drainage problem did not go well, perhaps because of a "p-trap" configuration, but several other plumbers have been able to clear the line previously. A camera in the line showed possible corrosion in the trap. The modifications seem pretty simple, and we eventually got better drainage using a commercial chemical product. Although the service person appeared thorough, the price was surprisingly high for the incomplete result."

"They did great on some very simple installation of faucets.  We had additional work that was more challenging and a plumber could do, but it was beyond their capabilities.  So for what they initially agreed to do, they did a great job on.  They weren't really able to do any more than the simple installation of the faucets though.

What seemed like an unrepairable condition for the dishwasher was diagnosed quickly, and parts ordered. Along with the expert diagnosis, was needed guidance that the dishwasher was worth fixing. A few days later, the part arrived, we were called, and Bruce returned. The repair was done quickly, and affordably. More recently, our clothes dryer had a serious problem. A control module malfunctioned, and nearly started an electrical fire. Again we called All Better Appliance, and asked for Bruce. They were very responsive, and had Bruce there the next day. Another fix or replace decision had to be made. With appliance availability to purchase very limited, fixing seemed to be our quickest option. The part for repair, although delayed by a day, arrived the day before we were traveling. Bruce extended his day to accommodate our repair and fixed the dryer allowing us the chance to finish packing clean clothes. Thanks to All Better Appliance and Bruce for exemplary and timely service at both times we really needed it. Highest recommendation!"

The 3 art niches in our home didn't match our decor so we wanted them removed to hang family photos and artwork in those areas.
