"The CrawlSpace Kings did a great job and were a real joy to work with. I was in a bit of a rush because my house was on the market and I had moisture issues in my crawlspace. Their bid was on the low side and they were willing to re-insulate my ductwork, which some contractors were not. I'm sure all their techs are good, but if you're lucky, you'll get PJ and Andrew to do the bulk of the work. They were professional, friendly and they worked like a couple of mules. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Love this company !!!!! Easy to deal with. Very responsive and approachable. Very reputable. Roofing: We selected our roof type and color. Roof removal and new shingles placed in 2 days. They started on Friday and worked Saturday to finish. They tore only 1/2 the roof off they could get done in a day. They showed up promptly to work, worked all day with a short break. Very very industrious crew. They picked up the debris and nails off the ground when they were through. Left no evidence they were there, except a gorgeous roof. Pressure washing - the gentleman that came out worked all day to get the job done. He may have taken a small break. He was very detail oriented and he did a thorough job. He got all mildew, bug guts, and dirt out. Deck - Brandon and Scott were on it!!!! They did a great job removing and replacing the old deck. There were a couple of areas on the deck that could have been problems, but they solved these issues with aplomb. They cleaned up the area of all debris in a neat tidy pile so that it could get picked up following work day. They also started on a Friday and worked Saturday to finish up. All railings and flooring are solid and level. I would definitely hire Turn2Us again, as all their crews were polite, professional and on top of it. Dealing with the office and outdoor workers was smooth and effortless."

I never received a print copy of the quote, and the quote that was said out loud (and confirmed) was THOUSANDS less than the bill I received. (I even confirmed the number out loud and commented on how low the cost was, and the owner did not correct me to state the number I received on my bill.) Furthermore, had the owner (who gave the quote and then never followed up until he wanted payment -- also leaving me to ask the contract worker what was even going on or whom I paid and when and how in the midst of hazardous and unsafe living conditions due to disease risk -- clarified the price point when I REPEATED THE NUMBER OUT LOUD TO HIM AND COMMENTED THAT IT SEEMED LOW) been direct, honest, and forthright with me, my insurance would have stepped in to cover it. Don't trust them to communicate with you. Get another quote. Do more price shopping since they're willing to admit they messed up but aren't willing to do anything about it. Also, even if you don't think the number will meet your home insurance deductible amount, consult with them anyway. Now I'm retroactively trying to get insurance to help out, and they have many questions about the way the Ductz service was conducted AND concerns about the way it was documented."
