"They let us know the day we were doing the installation that they had a coupon and since that came up and we had already prepared all of the documents we decided to offer them a free duct cleaning and also provided interest free financing."
"[member name removed], It is unfortunate that this has happened. 1. Clay is not the owner. 2. Trane and other manufacturer rebates are confusing or misleading. certain systems qualify for rebates and some dont up to the maximum of at that time 1100. My name is Danny Baker and I am the owner and would be glad to help you any way I can. We strive to have a A rating on Angies list as I think you would see based on other reviews. Thank You! and let me know if I can help"
Old unit was over 10 years old, was not heating very good and power bills
were getting higher each month. With summer heat coming we decided to bite the bulletand put in new unit. I heard from Trane was very good and stands behind their products. We are totally pleased with the unit and Southeast Air.
