"Our need for duct cleaning turned into a need for mold remediation and therefore, we had to hire a certified mold specialist. Katie, from Global Central Air Services called me right away to schedule an appointment to give us a quote. She was awesome to work with and understood what I needed done and the time in which I needed the work done. She scheduled Mark Thomas, to inspect the scope of work, for the same afternoon. Mark was there at the appointed time and went way beyond in inspecting the HVAC systems and ducts. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt I could trust his recommendations. I really wanted to hire them but after the mold specialist did his inspection, later that afternoon, we found we had a more serious problem that needs to addressed immediately. When we need to have our HVAC systems replaced, we will definitely call Global Central Air Services."
