Mark was there at the appointed time and went way beyond in inspecting the HVAC systems and ducts. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt I could trust his recommendations. I really wanted to hire them but after the mold specialist did his inspection, later that afternoon, we found we had a more serious problem that needs to addressed immediately.
