As a renter, not only did my service professional consult with my landlord- he also consulted with me. Upon arriving, the service professional surveyed both the interior and exterior of the property and reported his findings back to me. The information provided was clear and concise. Upon returning with the necessary supplies, he safely removed my toilet and examined/cleaned beneath it. Instead of just installing the new toilet, my service professional went deep enough to identify the main cause of my plumbing issues. "I was immediately and was able to make the appointment time I wanted. The day before I was called and asked to change the time, I had already made arraangements with my job so I refused, then another plumber was assigned my job. He arrived right on time. He did several plumbing jobs and had to make several trips to the store. The work took longer than I expected and I didn't realize the cost was going up and the ultimate bill seemed vey high to me. One of the toilets that was fixed began to leak that evening, so he had to come back to re-fix it. I will not contact this company again."
