Great service and price. Was able to replace my pool filter the same week.

Randy Bomar and his team did a great job. They removed the old liner, patched the floor and walls. Installed the new liner. Two years later, it’s still holding up very well.

I am a new inground pool owner. The water return was very slow and the pool had a lot of sediment. I went on HomeAdvisor on Friday and ask for several quotes. Pacific Pool called me Monday morning at 8am and was at my home Monday afternoon. The problem was fixed within the hour. They came the next day and suctioned out all the sediment. My pump was working and my water was clear within a day. The total cost was much lower then I expected . I highly recommend Randy and Grady for their efficiency and knowledge.

Dealing with Randy and Roberto was by far one of the best and easiest experiences I have had with any contractor and the price was more than fair for the work the quality work they did. I give Randy (Pacific Pool) high marks because he provided excellent services and represented all the qualities that I look for in contractors: 1) arrived when he said he would arrive, 2) completed the job that we agreed upon (in this case replacing a pool pump motor), 3) charged a reasonable price for the service, 4) was pleasant. In addition, I looked at several local competitors. One was a well known large company that wanted to over charge. Another would not provide the service because I ordered the pump motor from the OEM- the exact pump motor being replaced (down to the serial number)- they said they were worried about warranty issues. I call BS because the OEM provides a warranty on the motor. I suspect they were more worried about not being able to excessively mark-up the equipment price. I will use Pacific Pool for all my future pool needs.

They do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. They are very personal and you can tell they value customer service a lot....which can be rare these days. I purchased my first home in July which had an in ground pool. Naturally, I couldn’t wait to spend the rest of the Summer in the water but I had no idea on how to turn the pumps on much less maintain a healthy pool. I hired Pacific Pool and I couldn’t be more happy. Not only do they do a fantastic job of cleaning and maintaining my pool, they also taught me a lot of things about being a pool owner. Great company, great people, fare price. Can’t get wrong with Pacific Pool! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Pacific pool has maintained my pool and made repairs over past 10 years. Randy is very knowledgeable in all pool equipment he provides honest and trustworthy service, he is always courteous and helpful, and he works with me to find the equipment that is compatible with the existing set up that I have. The maintenance crew that comes in reliable and is proactive in identifying potential problems. I have very little worries with my pool thanks to their excellent care. When my friends complain about their own pool service comoanies, I always advise them to contact Pacific Pool.

This year we had a awful algae breakout. Our regular pool company came out 3 times and the pool looked the same as when they started. So went to Home Advisor. time for new pool service. Randy from Pacific Pools came to the rescue. he asked me to send a picture of the pool. With 1 pic he diagnosed the problem as black Algae. The next day they were here working on the problem which is kind of complex to fix. Within 5 days we had a sparkling pool again. So thankful for them , their knowledge, and quality costumer service. Very reasonably priced!!!

Owner Randy is focused on his customer service. He kept in touch while he awaited my new custom cover to be delivered by the manufacturer and was spot on with the installation. Compliments to his employee, Bryan, who was neat, polite and informative, as was Randy. I will definitely call on them again.

Randy went above and beyond what I originally had wanted him to do. The original problem was a leaking pump, but he also tested the water, refilled the chlorinator with tablets, and changed the automatic cleaner to run smoother. Needless to say we'll be calling him back to do all future swimming pool jobs since you don't find customer service like that nowadays.
