Called empire about situation. They advised a install supervisor would call. After a week, still no call. Hardwood floor installers were great...no issues."

"It was a pleasure to work with Jim and Carol from the beginning of this project until the end. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and just down right nice people. The installers were on time and the countertops look great. A few weeks after my install, I found out I needed to have larger holes drilled in to my jacuzzi tub for the installation of some new plumbing fixtures. I was informed by the plumbers that they do not perform this service and I would need to call a granite company. I called Granite 4 Less to gather information on how to go about accomplishing this and within 4 hours the installers had stopped by my house and done the job for me. "They were alright.  They were just really quick.  They ran around the house and looked at all the toilets, faucets and water fixtures.  They gave me a brief explanation of what they say as potential issues.  They tried to sell more service or product.  They ended selling us a garbage disposal unit.  It was expensive and the labor was as well.  I paid another $500 on top of the Big Deal to rebuild a toilet and install a new garbage disposal.  They just replaced the gasket on the toilet.  They replaced something on the water heater as well.  We had a few leaks after they left."
