A few weeks after my install, I found out I needed to have larger holes drilled in to my jacuzzi tub for the installation of some new plumbing fixtures. I was informed by the plumbers that they do not perform this service and I would need to call a granite company. I called Granite 4 Less to gather information on how to go about accomplishing this and within 4 hours the installers had stopped by my house and done the job for me. "We bought a new dishwasher and had paid to have it installed by the store we bought it from. When they delivered it the guy said they couldn't install it because we didn't have some cut off valve. I didn't know what he was talking about since we currently had a working dishwasher and had no problem with it. Anyway he wouldn't install it without the cut off valve. I called Ken Tyler and he had a man out within an hour to install the valve. No waiting for days or weeks, He came right out. As he has done every time no matter how busy he has been, he has always made the time to show up and help us with our plumbing needs.
