"Had ceramic tile installed. Installers tracked grout into newly installed wood floors, used my personal broom and bucket, still have not completed to last bit of installation after two weeks, baseboard has several areas installed incorrectly - huge gaps. Called empire about situation. They advised a install supervisor would call. After a week, still no call. Hardwood floor installers were great...no issues."

"I had an outlet I thought was not working. Mr. Logue checked the wires and then traced it to a switch that I never used so I did not know it went to that particular outlet. However, Mr. Logue figured it out, thank God. Then he installed another outlet for my entertainment center. Everything went well and I can now get rid of some extension cords.

Him and his team were very considerate when it came to prepping the areas they’d be working in. Everything looks great and they worked very hard and got the jobs done in timely manners. They did a good job protecting our kitchen counters and floors from the tile backsplash demo. They also did a really good job cleaning up everything when they were done. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"We did have them come through and do two different jobs.  He was easy to work with and flexible on his time.  He was very trustworthy, we left him the keys to our house so he could get in.  It is a small, self contracted business.  There were a couple of things I thought could have been done a little better but it was not anything that destroyed the job.  The price was good it was very reasonable."
