"I have used A Step Above previously for carpet cleaning and will continue to do so in the future. They are very responsive and when they give a timeframe for service, they consistently meet it. They are great at communicating reminders and they call when on their way. They do an awesome job and their technicians are very friendly and professional. They follow-up to ensure quality service. I highly recommend them."

"Jamie absolutely saved the day. We hired a "contractor " who could install the new flooring as well as some other work we needed done. His work dragged on for three months. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"

"Brian was very friendly. He did an excellent job. My carpet was pretty filthy & after he was through it looked brand new. He made the pet stains disappear too. Also it smells really nice. I would definitely recommend Brian & On Call Carpeting."

"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."

"We did a complete gut of our kitchen. They took the time to show us numerous floor samples and we found a perfect product! Installation went fine and the floor completed the look to our dream kitchen. We’d highly recommend them for your flooring needs!"
