Mr. Fineman, within 24 hrs, said he'd send his crew that afternoon. He called later, to say that the crew had been held up. He came, himself, the next day. We differed on the cause of the spill over. Even though he was convinced that his crew was not at fault, he initiated a solution. I don't mean that he rescheduled his crew; he did it himself. Right there. Right then. I just don't know what more you could possibly expect. I am very happy with the roofing job, and, certainly, with follow-up customer service.
