"Customer service at Conway is terrible. Their technicians are very good to great. Conway kept calling me to get my AC service done, but it had already been done several months ago. I asked them to cancel the AC service calls, which they said they did, but the phone calls for AC service kept coming. Finally, one man called last week and said they needed to do heating service. When the technician came today, I asked what he was here for. He said he was told that my AC was not working. Conway is driving me crazy. I need to find a new service provider This survey is also goofy.."

Aire Serv was able to get a technician out the same day AND fix my AC unit issue (already had the replacement part on hand - talk about being prepared)! Aire Serv also has this great courtesy service where they send a picture of your technician (for safety purposes), so you’ll know who to expect at your home. They also offer an EXCELLENT maintenance plan that I jumped on right away. Matthew, my technician, was the best! And they even let you note on your account when you have a preferred technician you’d like (which I, of course, listed as Matthew). "I couldn't decide between a liquid cooled or air cooled generator at first. I decided on the liquid cooled so hopefully, there will be a lot less maintenance on it. It took about 2 weeks for the equipment to arrive, but it was installed and running quickly when it got here. The sales appointment was about as easy and low pressure as it gets. I'd call ATS again."

"We called JR HVAC Services to get a second opinion on our A/C unit not cooling. Brenton let me know when he was on the way to my house and also when he arrived. He was very respectful, which can be very rare nowadays, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked at our A/C unit and found the problem and before he did anything, he went over what he found wrong with my husband and I and let us know how much it would cost before doing the work. Brenton was able to replace a part and get our unit cooling for less then $200 and the other company wanted to replace our unit and charge over $7000.00!! We are very pleased with this company and the service technician and the honesty."
