I had been unable to use my garage door for 3 days. I had also called 2 different places and left messages with the problem I had and asked them to call me. Nobody called me back, so when I saw their advertisement on the TV I decided to call Home Advisor. They came out the same day and had my problem solved in less than 15 min. They were courteous and friendly as well as very professional. I couldn't have asked for better service. I would recommend this company anytime and in the future won't use anyone else.

They were on time . Very friendly. Hottest day too. Called them in am , we decided on afternoon time . They worked around our schedule. Professional. They showed me the problem and let me watch while they worked. They explained everything. They drove nearly 30 miles. Told us pricing on front end. I will call them again, If I have any more issues with my unit. Pricing was excellent. Love same day service too.

Window A/C Unit Installation
Very pleasant man, likeable, as is his crew. But Unit has been in a month, but wont cool the house below 78. At night 75. Never shuts off. He came at no charge to me,(very kind) and put some blown insulation in the attic. we bought 3 wind turbines, and he installed them, no change except the air coming out of vent is 66 to 70 degrees, but won't cool house. We have good insulation in walls, and i've been keeping curtains on back window in living room closed .We have small windows at the ceiling and 2 picture windows in living room . He promised to keep working till it was right, but my husband called him 2 days ago and I haven't heard from him. The money for the air conditioner just about took all my mom's savings to put in, she is 87, and it don't work like it should. Thank You.
